Nazi troops were stoned by hundreds of millions of pills to keep fit and to forbid "Aryan race" of alcohol and cigarettes, in other words to preserve the "purity".
All these data emerge from a study of the Association of German doctors about the medicines used in the time of the Third Reich.
Nazi physicians recruits and officers stuffed with pills to help them fight without a break. The drug “preferred” by the Nazis called Pervitin (methamphetamine was in composition).
When the Nazis invaded the Soviet Union in 1941, hundreds of thousands of soldiers were doped with Pervitin. Archives of the Wehrmacht (German armed forces) show that about 200 million Pervitin pills were used between 1939 and 1945.
Hitler planned to attack UFO London and New York! See how it looked
The same study shows that the Nazis had “invented” a cocaine-based incentives for front-line fighters and has been tested in concentration camps. Criminologist Wolf Kemper says that “it was Hitler’s last secret weapon and it will come out victorious in the war.”
Called D-IX, the drug was tested in the concentration camp at Sachsenhausen. There, prisoners loaded with weights marched dozens of miles without interruption. The plan provided that all soldiers to take miracle drug, but the invasion of Normandy in June 1944, Allied bombing and made this idea not to be put into practice.
The main idea was to transform ordinary soldiers into super-automatic capable peformanta. Doctors say that many soldiers became addicted to drugs and were no longer of any use in theaters of war. Otto Rank, military doctor and director of the Institute for Psychology of the Academy of Military Medicine, was the mastermind behind pervitin.
In January 1942, several Nazi troops surrounded the Red Army, tried to escape the temperatures of -30 degrees. How? Doctors have injected Pervitin when they said they no longer resist. After half an hour, the soldiers said they feel better.
Armies around the world still use different drugs: the U.S., it emerged that soldiers were taking pills that are afraid to pass during the 2003 Iraq war. Drugs that reduce pain are based on ephedrine and stress reactions, but also have side effects: panic attacks and sadism. Drogarii consequences are most unfortunate soldiers, two pilots of an F-16 bombed by mistake, a column of Canadian troops in 2002 in Kandahar. It was later established that the two pilots were under the effect of amphetamine-based stimulants that we took before the flight.
Germany was the first country to “mixed” and the drug war: when soldiers returned from the Franco-Prussian war in 1870-1871, were already addicted to morphine.
