I am sure you have heard of the Hawaii therapy Ho’oponono. I haven’t until recently. I read The Secret book and visualizing everyday for my perfect dream. And then, I came across Dr. Joe Vitale’s book Zero Limit. It has exactly what I’ve been looking for. I know even though I visualized everyday for everything that I desire but if there is energy blocked inside me, and then my dream would not come true.

His book is savour. I need to unblock the flow of energy which I’ve been believed since I was taught as a kid. Is it true that using four sentences, we can make a better world through ourselves? I don’t care. Just try it. There is nothing to lose. After all, repeating I love you, please forgive me, I am sorry, Thanks you, are absolutely no harm.

According to Zero Limit, the world is manifests by you. Yes, you who are reading right now. In order to make it right, you need to love it, forgive it, and perhaps thanks it for what has been manifested. It’s tricky. I know. As Dr Hew Len ]said, take care of yourself, and all will be benefited.

In The secret, the masters said demand just once and let it go. Don’t think about it again or make another demand two hours or two days later over and over again. But really, I just can’t help but to think of the demand which hidden somewhere inside my mind the next day. Some people success in making their demand came true. Well, I’m still trying.

The more I told myself to let go the demand, don’t think about it again, and yet I just can’t manage to let it go. I’d wager someone will wish he or she has partial amnesia about that demand now.

Ho’oponono is a detoxify process. By repeating the four magic words, LOVE will purify (that’s what I think) and heal the inner child of oneself.
