A story of an unconscious man.
This is an unbelievable story about our hospital policies that was in the news.
A man on his way to work noticed an unconscious man in a hospital gown laying on the ground about 10 feet from the hospital ER. Entrance. When he went in and reported it to the staff they responded by calling 911 for an ambulance.when he asked why they called the ambulance he was told that was their policy, and they were not allowed to attend to the patient on the grounds.
It took the ambulance about 5 minutes to get there and the cost was around 3 hundred dollars.
