* She/he should make his/her lesson interesting.

* She/he must loves her/his job. If she/he really enjoys his/her job that will make the lessons more interesting.

*She/he has to has his/her own personality and doesn’t hide it from the students so that he/she is not only a teacher but a person as well.

*She/he has lots of knowledge not only pf his/her subject.
