She was born with a silver spoon in her mouth. Best grades, social chair, cheer leader, the most captivating jock boyfriend, her life was perfect. She was a diva, drop dead gorgeous, referred to as ‘cosmo girl’ only because she was hypnotic. And when Ryan Atwood, a convict and a poor kid from Chino entered her life, everything changed. Her dad became broke and her parents got divorced. Her mom slept with her boyfriend, and she saw herself falling in love with Ryan. She intoxicated herself, with alcohol, drugs and started moving away from what her life was.

However she was still the best friend, best girlfriend and more often than not best daughter to a father she loved very much. Although she was self destructive, she would do anything for the people she loved. Her dad left town and she and Ryan had more rough patches than smooth. many times she was all alone, however what she didnt compromise was her dignity. She shot someone to protect Ryan’s life and later she was a convict too which scarred her possibility to go to college. However hard it was, she didn’t give up and managed to get into college anyway. However with everything she had been through, she didn’t think she would fit in. So she gave up Berkeley to work and live with her dad.

She said once “I keep trying to go back to the life i remember, but i can’t. The harder I try, The farther away I am from it”. and it was true. She made some mistakes. In her attempts to move on from Ryan or to get rid of loneliness, she got involved with wrong boys. All throughout her difficukties what didn’t fade was her beauty and her honesty. She made a new friend who fell in love with her and committed suicide because she was with Ryan. She was broken and she went through way too much for a 16 year old. When she and Ryan finally broke up, she intoxicated herself even more, drowned her issues in alcohol but still all she wanted was to see him happy, whether he was with her or not.

And finally, after everything she went through, she died in an accident on the day she was leaving town for good to go and work with her dad. She died in Ryan’s arms.. “You were the first person I met when I got here, I wanted to be the last one to say goodbye” – Ryan. and he was..
