A 60 word story.

It’s a small world they say.

Your daughter in Scotland is only a day away from your London flat, your son in Australia only two. With letters and phones and e-mails, you could be in daily contact.

So why have you never seen your grandchildren’s smiles, heard their laughter?

A small world, big argument, a huge hole in your life.

It is great these days to stay in touch Patsy- and with a computer webcam also at both ends you could even see your family as you speak. Nice story

Well written and succinct. Very true. The modern world has shrunk way down.

    Thanks, guys.

It should be easier to communicate, but sadly that’s not always the case.
