1.      Title: “Just Lather, That’s All”

3.      Setting: the Baber Shop, around 2:20pm in the afternoon

4.      Character: Protagonist is the Barber

            Antagonist is Captain Torres

            Supporting Characters can be the rebels

5.      Plot:

      Introduction – Captain Torres walked in the Barber Shop for a shave.

      Initiating Incidents – The Barber began to tremble when he recognized Captain Torres, and secretly Captain Torres is his enemy.

      Rising Actions – The Barber struggled within himself to decide whether to kill Captain Torres or not during the shaving.

      Climax – The Barber thought of all of the consequences and decided not to kill Captain Torres.

      Falling Action – Captain Torres had finished shaving and paid the Barber

      Resolution – Captain Torres came to shave because he heard the Barber was going to kill him.

6.  Conflicts: (Person vs. Himself) – The Barber was trying to balance the two sides and decide whether or not he should kill Captain Torres.

            (Person vs. Person) – The Barber is a revolutionary, but Torres is the Captain of the military forces.

7.  Theme: The theme of the story is around morality, should the Barber kill the Captain to avenge for his friend, but he will be considered as a murderer by the public. Does he really have the right to kill someone?

8.  Quotation: “They told me that you’d kill me. I came to find out. But killing isn’t easy. You can take my word for it” said Captain Torres.

                        Not only did the Barber feel bad about killing Captain Torres. Captain Torres himself was haunted by the deaths of the other rebels, despite his careless story about them.

    Just would like to point out that you stated “Not only did the Barber feel bad about killing Captain Torres. Captain Torres himself…”, which is incorrect. The Barber never killed the Captain, or else he wouldn’t have been able to walk out of the shop….
