To help set the scene a little;Hettie a kiwi, had met a Texan road runner on a friendly site on the Internet; They decided to take each other on tours of special places in their countries; The up shot was that Hettie just had to go see for her self; Part 2;The large plane, LA, New York.

After Hettie had settled into her seat she got acquainted with the two young women  sitting next to her , they had been in Australia and were flying home for Christmas, Hettie thought it was interesting that they had to go through New Zealand to go back to the USA. They were very pleasant company. The plane staff had explained all the procedures on the plane  that were needed. The most interesting thing Hettie found was the little picture on the back of the seat in front of her which had a plane in it that flew and had numbers that changed as time passed. About an hour into the flight Hettie’s stomach started to act up, realising that she had, had nothing since lunch time and it was now five PM she hunted in her bag for a snack and found some cough drops so she ate a few, then to her great relief the cabin crew brought dinner, Oh what a God send. Feeling much better Hettie watch the large TV in the middle aisle something about a fish in the sea, everyone started to settle down for the night which was a problem for Hettie because she was a night bird and would not sleep till morning,so to wile away the hours she watched the little plane and tried to read a book. Then her stomach started to misbehave, up she got and scurried to the little box behind the door with a person on it, ah what a relief this happened several times during the night and made Hettie rather uncomfortable. By dawn the cabin crew came through and people started to wake up, then lo and behold food arrived again which made Hettie’s stomach rather happy. The passengers were told to get their paper work ready for when they landed in LA.The two girls kindly explained what Hettie should do after disembarking which helped curb the rising feather syndrome from occurring much to Hettie’s relief. Knowing where to go and what to do was such a great help and Hettie got through all that red tape and checks with out much trouble. Now that baggage again Hettie was directed to pick up her large bag and take it to the next terminal for the flight to New York so off she went tugging the large bag behind her. A Woman called to her and said that large bag should be booked on to the next flight and offered to do it for her, wonderful Hettie could have jumped for joy at that. She reached the port for the next flight it seemed the boarding staff called people s names in alphabetical order she was shown to her seat and the passenger next to her told her that a snow storm was due in New York and he hoped they would beat it there, they didn’t.

Your story was really interesting. It seems like Hettie was having some bad luck, but she did have some people that were nice to her. I was picturing everything that was happening in your story while I was reading it.
