In this story I am going to tell you about my life. My name is Samantha and I am 18 almost 19 years old. I live in a really small town that only has about one hundred people in the whole town. My parents moved up here when I was just about ten years old. My life has been interesting. When I was thirteen years old I had met the most wonderful guy. His name was Jacob. He was seventeen and a senior in high school. I thought that since he was a senior and I was a eighth grader that he wouldn’t even look at me but he did. We  hooked up and were very happy.

             When I was fifteen years old we decided to take a big step in our relationship, if you know what I mean. I was on the birth control pill and happened to get pregnant. We were both really scared but in both of our minds abortion was never an option. We knew right then and there that our life was going to change. We then had to tell our parents and didn’t know how they were going to react because i was only fifteen and he was only nineteen. Well we told our parents and they were more scared then we were I think, but even to them we had to step up and be parents.

              Threw the whole pregnancy we were fighting and just didn’t know what we were going to do with a baby. We were both really young and scared. I had baby sat children since I was ten years old so i wasn’t as scared as Jake but I was still really scared because the parents weren’t coming over to get them before bed time or after they got work.

               When I finally went into labor I was so scared. I just wanted that baby so stay up there until i was older and ready but the doctors told me that wasn’t going to happen. I scared me even more before i knew the baby was finally coming and i didn’t know if i was ready to be a parent. Finally after fourteen hours of labor I had a beautiful baby boy. We named his Christopher Curtis. In my eyes he was the most wonderful thing in the whole world and I knew right then and there that my life was going to change. When we were in the hospital it was all good but it was when we went home that things got hard.
