I woke up early today. I spent hours in the kitchen, preparing some foods. G-Clef will be back anytime soon. For one week I haven’t heard anything from them, I missed them so much that I can hardly sleep last night. I cleaned the house, and even cleaned their room too. The cleaning ahjumma was surprised when she came this morning to see everything is in order. I was in the living room feeding our pet turtle when I heard the bell.

“It must be them,” I thought, and ran to open the door.

“Unnie!” Pearlyn jumped on me first, and then the others came in with their luggage.

We were all cramped again in the living room, having our late lunch and sharing stories about their MT.

“You know noona, I was wrong. Purple sunbae-nim is the nicest trainer ever!” Alex started his story as he put the side dishes into his bowl.

“Yes, I thought she will torture us just like in the training room, but it feels like we’re learning from other person, 180 degree different! and she’s funny too! and I think I learnt a lot in the MT than those that I’ve learned in the past few years,” Abby added.

“ya, don’t eat too much! You’ll gain weight!” Pearlyn started to bable at Abby.

“don’t worry Pearlyn, the food is enough to everyone. Just eat it,” Latienza said. Again, she never failed to make us laugh at her sayings.

“I know… and and unnie, we also learnt new dance moves!” Pearlyn tried to defend herself, since everyone knows that she’s not concern about Abby gaining weight, but the fact that she’s afraid Abby will finished up the food.

“Yeah noona. Jaellie sunbae-nim was cool, and there’s this trainer named AJ taught us some hip hop moves” Alex is ready to show us the moves, when teri stopped her.

“Everything is more that what we expected, and I personally feel energized and inspired and of couse, confident with our debut next week.” Everyone listened to Teri’s comment.

“It’s all good, and nothing like starving, or even running for hours.. right L?” Eric stared at Latienza who stared back at him.

“okay, okay, I’m happy that everyone is fine and I hope this MT will became your new chapter in preparing yourself to be good singers in the future! Let’s get ready for our next schedule” I managed to stop them from having their usual nonsense fighting.

“I’ve written today’s schedule on that whiteboard and you can check them yourself. Unpack your things, and get ready for your next schedule in 40 minutes,” I added, while piling the bowls and plates, and sent it to the kitchen. The rest of them are now running towards the whiteboard and after a while, all of them were rushing to their rooms. After cleaning up the dishes, I went to my room and get ready. I waited for them at the front door and one by one, they were all in front of me, getting ready for their schedules today.

“Okay, today, we’re having the video shoot for your profile, and then we’ll go back to prepare for your mini performance, which I’m sure you’ve trained already at the MT. It’ may look simple as you’ll only perfom at the shopping mall, but first impression is important too, especially when you’re not officially debuted yet.” I explained to them while riding the van.

“Okay noona. Points taken,” Alex said. He’s now playing with his PSP, while the others were discussing about the schedule.

“So, do we need to sing for the video shoot?” Abby asked me.

“I’m not really sure about that. Let’s hear it from the director once we arrive there, okay?” I replied.

I called Shadowyin, “Hey, are you there already?” I asked her. “Really? that’s cool. We’re aricing in ten minutes,” I informed her, feeling excited since she’s already there.

“Shadowyin is there with your costumes, and we’ll arrive soon,” I told them. Teri is waking up Eric who’s sleeping beside her.

We’re now arriving the shooting studio and everyone is there. We all went in and greet the director.

“Hello, I’m Fatone, and I’ll be the director for today’s shooting.” The director, who is female this time greeted us.

“Hello, we’re G-Clef! nice to meet you” They greeted and bowed together. Well, they even prepared a group greeting when they’re at the MT! I was impressed.

“Well well.. how was my kids today?” Shadowyin’s voice can be heard from afar. She was happy to see the group.”I’m glad that you guys come back in one piece!” she added, as they bowed in front of her.

“hahahhaa.. yeah, glad to have them here as well!” I hugged her. We all gathered in the middle of the set to listen to the director.

“Okay, this will be personal-shot video, and each of you will show your personal talent and abilities, but everything will be dimmed, and only your silhouette can be seen. you know, sorta mysterious…” We listened to Fatone’s explanation carefully.

“Shadowyin, please prepare them quick, and we’ll start with Eric,” Fannae, the assistant director added.

We all then moved to the make-up room. The kids are excited to see their new outfit and everyone is eager to try it on. I helped Shadowyin with their costumes.

“Noona, how to wear this thing?!” Alex screamed. I rushed to check him out as he was entangled with the jacket and the accessories.

“Okay, Eric, you go out first, and I’ll follow you in a second,” I told Eric, as now Shadowyin and I were both helping Alex with his costume. She entangled them in just a blink of eye! so I rushed outside to monitor Eric.

He is now receiving explanations from Fatone, while the make up artist is having final touch of his hair.

“Okay, your specialty is dancing, so let’s show some of your dance moves, as I said ‘action!’. We’ll play the music for you too..,” The director explain it to him as he nodded, fully understanding the concept.

Right when the music is played, Eric seems like he’s in his own world, dancing through the music wholeheartedly. I can feel the goosebumps as he did the backflip.

“WAHHH!!! ” Alex exclaimed beside me. Looks like he’s ready for his turn.

“Unnie, I’m nervous. I have to play the guitar,” Alex showed the guitar to me.

“Don’t worry. Just play it like you usually did at the training room. Be yourself,” I try to make him relax, as Fannae called him to get ready.

“Phew, that was nerve wrecking!” Eric sighed as he sat down beside me.

“nerve wrecking mweoya…?? you did a great job!” I told him. He smiled back at me and we both were now concentrating on Alex’s shooting.

“I don’t know that Alex can play that well,” Pearlyn’s voice startled me. I guess I’m too amazed with Alex’s voice and guitar playing, that I didn’t see her and the other three girls who already behind us.

“Of course! Anyway, are what are you guys will do for the shoot?” Eric asked them, but too bad, they just simply said “secret”

However, it was worth to wait. Teri started off with her singing ability. She sang a few lines, but it’s enough to make you feel like your’re floating in the air, along with the music. The beige dress really suit her and she looks like a singing goddess. After mesmerized with Teri’s singing, the crews were now being amazed with Latienza’s acrobatic moves. Although she’s the less talker in the group, we can see that she’s talking pretty much through her dance moves.

“wahh, I should ask her to show me that move later” Eric said, clapping his hands hard as Latienza finished her part. We all then concentrate again and wait for Abby’s turn.

“wooohooo!!!” the members cheered for Abby, as she appeared in front of the camera with a deck of cards. Instead of looking pretty, we can feel the charismatic aura around her.

For the first part, she showed her hidden side of ability as she rap an English song. I was surprised because she hardly rap during training, and after that, she showed us some magic trick with the cards. I’m sure people will surprised to see her later, since she will be the singer, not the rapper, and of course, to have people who are good in both singing and rapping is rare.

“She looks like she got more hidden talent to show. That’s why I put this magic show concept on her. I was surprised when she said she can so come card tricks, and I’m glad I have that concept on her,” Fatone explained to me. I smiled proudly.

And last but not least, with the largest props, our magnae Pearlyn showed her finger skill as she played Flight Of The Bumblebee in the piano. I was proud to hear the crews wows and wahs as they watch her playing not stop. We all clapped hard as she played the last note and we’re cheering as if we’ve won a lottery.

“Thank you very much guys. You did a very good job today, and good luck for your debut next week,” Fatone praised them as they bowed to him repeatedly.

We all said goodbye as we moved to our next schedule. Back in the van, they were all chattering loudly, talking about the shooting. They were all very excited about it until they didn’t realize that they already arrived the company’s building.

And of course, I guess that really motivates them as they received a very loud applause form the audience during their pre-debut performance at the mall later that evening. They’re not only did well during the final training, but also during the performance. They should receive that big applause after all

It was late at night and we’re on our way home. They’re too tired to talk, and they were all fast asleep. I checked on their schedules for tomorrow and planed for the next one.

“I hope this will last until Saturday. 5 more days and we’ll move to another level” I whispered to myself. I almost fell asleep as I received a text message form someone.

“saw your kids on stage. awesome! good job and hwaiting! -Seunghyun-” I smiled, and replied the message
