I remember the times when I was in elementary days, I keep myself in dreaming to be…..one of my dreams is to become a teacher, but I think it is hard to come true because I am belong to the poor family. My father is only a farmer of our small farm and my mother is just a housekeeper. I have five (5) siblings, one girl and four boys. My oldest sister finished only elementary and she never tried to study anymore. My oldest brother finished only grade five, my two brothers got only grade one and they don’t know how to read and write because they are not interested in studying. It was the saddest part in their lives because people always do foolish things in them without any objections. My youngest brother got high school diploma but still he don’t have a good job and he is already married. My oldest sister also married and blessed with five beautiful daughter’s. My oldest brother got married with a young lady but sad to know he was left by her.

And I, I’m already a professional teacher, I worked as PLSB Teacher in elementary for 3 consecutive years. I waited for the vacant position but sad to say I’m not the priority of the administrator even though I’m the first in ranking and also one of the person who hindered my permanency is the one who are related to me, my relatives was in the supervisory position that’s why I had no chance to be permanent in elementary. Hope this time in secondary nobody will hinder my dreams as successful and permanent teacher.
