Haruki and Amaya were best friends since childhood until they met a very handsome classmate in college, Keenan. The two ladies fought for his attention and decided to avoid each other. Amaya was smarter and more talented. Haruki decided to have cosmetic surgery.

Dr. Ned has been a cosmetic surgeon for three decades. At his early 50s, Dr. Ned is still enjoying changing lives of people through his operation. So when he met this college student, Haruki, Dr. Ned was so willing to make her exceptionally beautiful.

Meanwhile, Dr. Ned was so in love with Haruki and made reasons for her to come back to his clinic. When Bevin confirmed that her husband is in love with someone, she asked the man that she paid to ruin the lady’s face. On the other hand, Bevin went to another surgeon to make her sexier so she can attract Ned like she used to.

However, Dr. Ned was able to save Haruki when a man tried to hurt her. The man was Keenan. Haruki and Amaya was so disappointed with Keenan as Dr. Ned was so disappointed with Bevin.
