Would he return to those loving arms?

Their lips met in a passionate kiss that made their feeling soar with wings high in the air.  As their lips parted, their foreheads went forward until they were resting on each other.  Breathlessly, they glanced deeply into each others eyes and smiled as they wrapped their arms around each other.

Hearts were beating like a a fright train and blood was rushing through their veins as every inch of their souls and body became aware of the other person.  Hands explored the inches of flesh they could find and their feeling soared higher.  His hands dipped into the curves of her waist to skim over the flatness of her stomach.  Her hands were exploring the solid mass of muscles on his arms.

“Don’t get on the bus.  Let’s run away and no one will ever find us!”

Seth smiled at Suzie and softly replied “I love you every much and I know this will be hard for both of us.  I have to get on that bus to do my duty to this country.   To make it safe for you.”

They pulled apart and Seth  joined the other man getting on the bus heading for the army.  He watched as tears fall silently down her check and wanted to rush over to her to wipe the tears away.  Hating what he was doing, he boarded the bus to unknown territories

As the bus pulled away, Seth said a silent prayer that he would return to those loving arms.
