Unable to walk independently for the majority of six years, maCmoses deals with issues of faith, hope, and recovery with the aid of his LORD & SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST! Enjoy.

After the surgery, maCmoses was admitted to the National Rehabilitation Hospital’s Inpatient Rehabilitation Department and stayed there for nearly a month.  Upon leaving the facility, he still had to crawl a bit, but knew his healing was on the way.

In the Spring of 2008, maCmoses’s legs began to feel stronger.  Eventually he wouldn’t need the wheelchair anymore or a walker.  In one instance he walked into his house without any assistance.  He took and passed his Washington DC’s Learners Permit driving examination and was on his was to a complete recovery.  Doctors were pleased with his progress, and his faith in Christ soared.  But then it happened.

After nearly a year of positive gains in the mobility of maCmoses, maCmoses’s legs began to feel heavy once more.  It became increasingly difficult for him to move around the house or travel.  After not needing the walker or wheelchair, maCmoses was not able to walk any longer.  He was relugated to once again crawling around the house.  He says this juncture of attempting to walk was more difficult than it had ever been.  For it even became difficult for him to crawl.

“I would literally have to crawl outside to the concrete, and have my children lift up my legs and push myself onto the wheelchair.  It was extremely difficult for me to transfer from the wheelchair to the car”!  maCmoses went back to his surgeon for an MRI and it was discovered that the initital surgery was fine.  However, there was another boney-mass below and above the first incision area that was tightening around the spinal column.  maCmoses underwent his second spinal surgery in less than two years on April 27, 2009.  This time, the procedure lasted approximately nine hours.

maCmoses explains, “My wife Angela is exceptional!  She and my two youngest, Desire’ and Daniel Stayed at the hospital until I regained consciousness.  We live in Pennsylvania now, so Baltimore is a nearly 2 hour drive.  She had to get home to the rest of the family, and left Johns Hopkins after midnight.  She is TRULY my rib”!

After maCmoses stayed in Johns Hopkins for a week, he was transferred to the Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation Facility in Malvern, PA.  He resided there for nearly 6 weeks, and returned home to his family walking with the aid of a walker.  He continues to improve daily, and knows without a shadow of a doubt that he is healed!

“We don’t always know or understand why certain things occurr in our lives”, maCmoses exclaims, “But I know the main reason is to give GOD the Glory, and to show the world the Unconditional LOVE of CHRIST!  What some may see as an ordeal, I see as a Blessing.  All through my immobility, I learned the Faithfulness of JEHOVAH GOD.  HE kept me throughout it all!  My trials haven’t been as difficult as some would imagine.  After all NOTHING was as difficult as Christ going to the Cross for our sakes”.

While in the Bryn Mawr Rehab Facility, maCmoses completed his second book entitled, ‘BLOOD Bought’.  It is a series of poems and Inspirational writings inspired by the ultimate Sacrifice of Jesus Christ.  It is due to be released September 2009.  Log onto www.maCmoses.comfor further info on maCmoses and JESUS CHRIST TRU VINE Entertainment.  GOD Bless.
