I thought this was a cute children’s story. I went through a lot writing this. Many many Re-do’s.

“I need your help mom.” Molly said.

“I am on my way honey,” said Mrs. White.

With the twins help and Mrs. White’s Molly started to clean up the mess in the bathroom. Molly, her mom, and

the twins had just finished cleaning up the bathroom, when the Brownie’s came home.

“Mrs. Brownie, may I please speak to you and Mr. Brownie?” asked Molly.

“What’s the matter Molly?” asked Mrs. Brownie, when she saw Molly was crying.

“I left the water running, and the floor flooded,” said Molly.

“The twins threw everything on the bathroom floor, when I was on the phone with you.” Molly said.

“It’s alright Molly,” said Mrs. Brownie.

“They are just being kids, honey.” Mrs. Brownie said.

“I thought everything would be fine if I answered the phone.

I didn’t know how difficult it was to watch twins. I knew babysitting was not easy, but I didn’t think it was

going to be this hard.” Molly said.

“I thought it would all be alright,” said Molly.

“I promise I will never leave them by themselves again.” Molly said.

“Maybe I should not watch them anymore.” Molly replied.

Molly was crying so hard.

“I just don’t think I am the right person to watch the boys.” Molly said.

“Molly we understand that watching twins is not an easy job.” said Mrs. Brownie.

“We would love for you to watch the twins again,” said Mr. Brownie.

“I would love to watch the boys again,” said Molly.

“But maybe I shouldn’t watch them by myself anymore.” Molly said.

“Well Molly,  maybe you can come over one day and help Mrs. Brownie out and see how a day goes with

the twins,” said Mr. Brownie.

“I think that will be a good idea.” Molly said.

“Are you sure Molly?” asked Mrs. Brownie.

     “Yes I am,” said Molly.

     “Thank you,” said Mrs. Brownie.

     “Your welcome,” said Molly.

Now that the problem with the twins was taken care of, it was time to have a birthday party for two very

special boys. Everything had been set up and ready.

“Molly would you like to put the candles on the cake?” asked Mrs. Brownie.

“I would love to do that.” Molly said.

The party was a huge success. The boys had a great birthday. Molly gave the twins new sand toys for their

birthday.

“Thank you so much,” said the twins.

     “You’re very welcome,” said Molly.

When everyone was gone Molly asked

     “Can I help clean up?”

     “Sure,” said Mrs. Brownie.

They cleaned up everything, and Mrs. Brownie took Molly home and told her that she would be calling her

again to have her come over and watch the twins again.

An unusual story to what I am used to Melissa.
I enjoyed it because it was different and as a father of two, It bought me fond memories of young children so it was like going down memory lane.

    Best Wishes
