Drozin helps a woman’s grandson out in Las Vegas and takes on the mob.

“Which one of you told him about that?”

“Don’t look at me,” said the driver.  “I’m still surprised you invest in whorehouses.”

Sal looked at the passenger with an icy stare.

“I would never rat you out, Sal.  Believe me.”

“I don’t know what to believe.”

A couple police officers walked up to the men and one of them asked, “Who called for us?”

“I did,” said Drozin.  “These gentlemen have been involved in criminal activities for most of their adult lives.  They won’t admit it, of course.  But maybe the truth will come out in court.  I know I’m looking forward to testifying against them.”

“Come with us,” said one of the officers.  The men resisted a little.  But with people staring at the five men leaving the casino, the trio of criminals weren’t going to try and escape.

After the police left, Drozin went back to the office supply store and bought three boxes of pencils and made diamonds out of the graphite to give to Frank.  He hyperaccelerated himself and worte the details from the memories of Sal and the killers so Frank could use the information in court against them.  Drozin handed the diamonds over to Frank before he left for home.

The next Saturday at the nursing home where Mrs. Morretti was at, shegave Drozin a big hug and kiss.  She thanked him over and over for helping her grandson and thanked him for having Sal and the killers arrested so they could be tried and put behind bars.

As for the diamonds in the pockets of the killers, since they didn’t belong to anyone, the police department of Las Vegas sold them and used the proceeds to buy equipment for the department.  Frank was able to buy back his coin collection and still had enough money to buy a new car and a large-screen TV for his home and a small flat-screen TV for his grandmother.
