it was so hot that i felt i was in an engine thought the electricfan was on. i tried to finish my homework in spite of the hot weather, then went to watch tv with my grandma.
when my mother saw grandma wipe the sweat away from time to time, she advised her to take off her sweater. ”No, iwon’t. look, they are looking at me.’’said grandma,pointing at the people on the tv screen. on hearing this, we couldn’t help laughing. however, my grandma continued, ” don’t alugh, or you’ll disturb their performance.” we burst into an even louder laugh. my father who used to be very serious couldn’t help laughing either because of what my grandma had said.
