It all started with young Emma Sardua and her attempt to go to Manila for a good job. Emma met a person in Makati while she was on the job (Mom didn’t quite remember the name). The person she met was Zeny and they became friends sooner. Zeny used to claim that she has a relationship with a guy. On one occasion, Zeny introduced her so called boyfriend. Her Boyfriend is Art and after a few days Emma and Art became friends. Emma was not interested in Art. She had a lot of people trying to court her. Art was always sending and saying greetings to Emma. She sensed that maybe this guy is also trying to court her. Days have passed and Zeny mentioned that she was having a quarrel with Art.

Zeny started envying Emma because of something Art gave. It was an expensive comb that Emma was using frequently. One day, Art questioned Emma about her favorite song and she told him that her favorite song was       “I can’t live without you”. Art asked her if she would like the lyrics to the song. She requested it and Art wrote it down on a piece of paper afterwards, Emma tried singing the song with the lyrics and it doesn’t seem to jive with the song’s beat. Art told her it’s a letter and she should really read it. Emma now knows that this man likes her but; still she’s thinking that Art has a girlfriend and that she doesn’t like him back. Art knew about Zeny’s lies. Art talked to Emma about Zeny and her lie to Emma that He and Zeny has a relationship suddenly, Zeny knew that Art talked to her and Emma’s relationship with Zeny as a friend was over. Emma was planning for a vacation and go to back to her home town in Zamboanga but, she did not have the enough money to do so. Art suddenly booked a ticket for Emma. He paid all of the expenses that Emma was supposed to encounter. Emma thought that he was a really caring man. When, Emma came home they started to date and there was once this time they were going home from Muntinlupa and the traffic was so heavy while Art keep calm. There she thought that this guy is responsible and kind hearted. Art was so thoughtful as to; pick her up from work, spend time with her, give advices and care for her needs since she was away from her family.  Until one day they decided to get married and so she went home to Zamboanga City. Then Art followed to meet her parents and family and plan for their wedding. They were wed at Manila Peninsula. It wasn’t much of a big celebration. As long as they were wed.
