This is a story that emphasize the law of retribution.
It was a cool day. The weather was calm, the leaves were swaying gently to the rhythm of the breeze. Children in school uniforms hurry to their various schools. The people of Corinna move around, tending to their daily business. Down the path leading to the stream in the village is an abandoned building, surrounded by bushes. Unknown to anyone in the village, the building was the den of the notorious kidnappers.
On this very fateful day, Garb, the head of this notorious group sent out his member to a nearby school to get a young boy of ten years. The group left to carry out the assignment while Garb goes back home.
On their way, they saw a group of boys coming back from school. “Don’t you think our job will be easier if we pick any of this boys, instead of going to where Garb asked us to go?” Toga, one of the gang said
“You are right, Toga, at least we can use one stone to kill two birds. We will just go and buy that… you know” Fury said winking at the other group members. They all laughed and pat Fury on the back.
“Fury! don’t you get tired of smoking hemp?” Joe asked
“Please let’s hurry up those guys are moving into the town” Pawn cuts in
They followed the boys in their car. Immediately they got closer, Pawn jumped from the car and picked one of the boys. The others fled.
The gang tied the boy and took him to the building. They called Garb to inform him that the mission has been accomplished. “Kill the boy and put his head in the box” he told them
The gang picked up the boy and cut off his head. Garb came into the building as they were picking up the head.
He noticed the uniform the headless boy was wearing and he rushed to his side.
And just then, he discovered that the victim was his only child, Tom.
“My Child!!!” he screamed
The others gaped at him in horror as they watched him holding the child to himself.
He was drenched in the pool of the blood of his only child.
