The contract was for seven years but was broken in three by Hemle himself and that war that began in the middle east blew up through out the world from the USA to China.

Hemle in all his time in office never stayed outside of Europe more than a week or two usually he tried to stay by his home in Rome. Where he was forming a superior army that would destroy any other. A mechanical army of regular humans made into machines. The process starts with a microchip which is either place in the soldiers forehead or right hand. This chip tells the world government where the soldier is at all times plus has all his personal info and is his personal bank account which also is fully functional computer with wireless internet.

With this system the army is unstoppable because this turns a regular soldier into a super soldier with advance intelligence. Next is to replace his skeletal structure with unbreakable steal that can withstand 85 % times the damage a average man could withstand. Last is durable skin that can not harmed by booms, poison or any type of acid and can withstand up to five bullets making the soldier super human.

Hemles full plan I haven’t even touched. In the future this new technology will over rule our world and will be the death of the human race.
