North Pole Muse.
The day Ho Ho Ho became oh no no say it isn’t so. This was the plight at the North Pole. It all started in November 2011 as Santa was walking through the woods then suddenly he went to greet a lonely rabbit, and he bent over and his back went out. However, back at the North Pole castle, the Elf’s were busy getting ready for Christmas Day in making toys for every boy and girl while singing praises of the season.
Warning, warning and warning as the anticipation of what the Elf’s had learned of Santa’s ordeal. The Elf’s rushed to Santa’s aid in the woods and carried him on a sleigh pulled by all the reindeers back to command control castle. A Doctor was summoned at once to determine Santa’s condition. Upon the Doctor’s recommendation, it was a bed ridden chore for Santa. There will be no midnight ride in the sky. Santa felt he was letting all the children down and you could see a lonely tear in Santa’s eye. The Elf’s were hardened by this news. You could see tears in their eyes. You could imagine the tears in many eyes around the globe. Broadcasters were relaying special bulletins of “There will be an empty sleigh without
Santa, therefore no Christmas”. Cries upon cries in devastation. Each child loss the feeling of Christmas and went to their individual rooms in dismay.
Back at the North Pole, there was plenty of commotion, but discussion the “Santa deal and making Christmas appeal”. Behind closed doors, there was a conference going on. All the reindeers and the Elf’s were discussing how Christmas could still be carried without Santa being the main event. It was questions upon questions with no distinct answers. Suddenly among the multitudes, the suggestion was for the reindeers to carry out the task on Santa’s behalf. Ms. Claus began to add more to the idea. She firmly told Rudolph, Santa always had faith in you and let your nose be the beacon of every child’s heart. Rudolph then asked Ms. Claus, what are you saying? Ms. Claus responded, “Rudolph with your nose so bright, there will be a sleigh pulled tonight”. A happy announcement shared by all. The children of the world were awaken by a lonely star that Christmas is coming for all and the sleigh of doubt is what Christmas is all about along with the birth of Christ.
So Rudolph and all the reindeers sat out on that famous ride, and the Elf’s were singing, “Joy to the world”. There was peace on earth and goodwill to all as Christmas had a rebirth with come one and come all. Rudolph winked and the reindeers dashed away into the night and turned Santa’s flight guided by the light and many Christmases to come in God’s sight.
