What happens when there is only one parachute and two people in a damaged plane?
“What the heck are you doing?” Felicia shouted at Nelson.
“I’m trying to steer the plane,” Nelson yelled as he strenuously tried control the joystick.
“Obviously not,” Felicia screamed in fright, “if we’re going down!”
“Well, I’m trying! This thing won’t move a budge! The joystick is stuck, so I can’t control the plane.”
“We need to get out! Aren’t there parachutes in here?” Felicia bawled as she turned around and looked behind the seat in search for a parachute.
“There’s only one. Only one person is supposed to be in this plane now. . .”
Both stared at each other for seconds. Both had eyes that obviously show fear. However, that moment only lasted for a couple of seconds. When Nelson looked out window of the plane, he noticed that if the plane was going to land, it wouldn’t be on land. Felicia broke the silence.
“Can we eject from the plane? Can we?”
“Yes, yes – - -.”
The plane hit the water of the ocean at full speed.
