Dawning was breaking and we still skirmished with the water. I had stepped out of the waters for a drink while they continued on splashing in the water.  Night had fallen as I enjoyed my drink and without the slightest warning huge waves came rocking down swallowing my friends beneath the water. I was traumatized as I ran to the dark waters to rescue my friends.  But I could see nobody in sight; suddenly my leg froze in the water unable to move. My leg was stuck in the water. I struggled in the water trying to unloosen my leg and soon was being dragged under the water. I thought it was my friends playing around but the struggle went on and tried to fight back when I had realized that I was being drowned. Strong hands held me down as my lungs screamed for air. I opened my mouth; water went rushing into my lungs. I had stopped spattering in the water. I floated motionlessly on the water waiting to be rescued.  I had no more life in me. Thoughts and memories ran through my mind .trying to Reminisce all the good moments in life. I was prepared to kiss my life goodbye.   I shut my eyes as I drifted along with the waves.  This was the last of me.

I was on dry land when I felt my heart beating for life. A woman pressed hard on my chest trying to beat air into my lung. I felt the warmth of her lips as she blew life into me. I was up in an instant coughing out water from my lungs. I wasn’t dead after all I thought silently.
