Our first house party left us with some differing perspectives, about certain events.
So me and my two roommates have been wanting to throw our first party since we have our own house and were all freshmen in college. So we threw a beerpong tournament, and everything went pretty well. People had fun, it didnt get too crazy, and the neighbors didnt call the cops.
But when we discussed the events from the night before, we found that we had some different opinions about what happend. Luckily i stayed relatively sober, so you can trust in my memory for the most part. So here we go:
Scene: kitchen, the day after the party, cups, bottles, and trash strewn about.
Me: “So that was pretty fun last night, i wish the pool hadn’t been so cold and we could have gone swimming longer”
Jake: “Wait,… We went swimming last night?”
Me: “Your an idiot, yes we went swimming, and you got out to go to the bathroom because you felt sick, and you stayed in the bathroom for four hours!”
Jake: ” Wait, I though I just went in there to take a shower.”
Me: “No, you were in there for three hours before you got in the shower, you were laying there naked, HaHaHa!”
Jake “What, when, … Why was I naked?”
Me: “I have no clue, I picked the lock to check on you, because you wouldnt answer the door, it was disgusting, you were passed out on the floor, with your legs propped up against the door, so i had to push to open the door, when I did, I saw the grossest thing ever, you passed out, naked with your legs in the air, propped up against the door! Why were you naked man!”
Jake: ” I have no idea dude!”
Me: ” My cousin Christina tried to go to the bathroom, luckily she couldn’t open the door with your legs propped against it.”
Jake: “Wait Christina was here?”
Me: “Oh my god, your ridiculous!”
Me: ” Do you even remember after you took a shower, and finally came out of the bathroom, when I asked ‘Hey whats Melissa’s phone number? She went to drop a couple people off, because she was sober, and i want to text her to make sure she knows how to get there.’ And you said, ’I don’t remember it, hang on i’ll go find my phone…” (a few minutes later) “I couldnt find my phone, but i found Melissa’s, you can look in it and find her number.”
