For the first part of the month I was away from home, often away from a reliable internet connection until the middle of the month. Once back in my apartment at the school where I teach I was able to get back into a routine of writing and start pushing towards that goal I had set myself. I try to write 4 or 5 articles a day, not always possible as on occasion other commitments have to take priority.

I always appreciate all the comments I receive as well as the page views or impressions as Triond likes to call them. I now have close on 400 articles written, so my next target will be to get that to 500. My best article so far is about the Abdication of Edward VIII and Wallis Simpson with nearly 120 views, at the other end of the scale I have too many to count in single figures.

I have lots of followers to my work, just as I follow lots of other fellow writers and enjoy reading and learning about new things over such a wide spectrum of subjects. Some of those that choose to follow me or I choose to follow arrive here and as fast as they arrive they are gone, I can only assume that some of these new arrivals think they will makes lots of money from the word go, it takes time to build up both a following and the number of articles to generate interest from many readers. To any new arrivals at Triond I would say keep at it as there are some good writers here and keep giving yourself achievable goals or targets to aim for and they will be reached before you know it.
