It’s this unordinary cold rainy night that I find myself staring blankly at the dark clouds outside my window. Trying to recollect all the good and bad situations that consumed my day.  This pass few days, I realized that I was filled with eagerness and expectations, I really feel that “Snap! Snap! Let’s do this now!” something like that or “ oh, come on! If not now then when?”, I felt that I’m  always rushing things and the things that are not rushed up or done are somewhat frustrating me.

But it’s this night that allowed me to listen more deeply into my heart and all this time it’s telling me to “please wait..” it hits to me listen more intensely and it keeps on saying.. “please wait.. wait for surprises; please wait..for I have made it something Big for you my dear”.

What happen? Why is all the rush and eagerness? Why can’t I wait? I seem like a child trying to unwrap my gift  when the my dad is trying to put a ribbon to tie it and a greeting card to make it more special.. I feel so embarrassed with my act, but the Lord has always been loving and forgiving.. He hold my chin up, whipped my tears and looked at me.. His eyes are so calm, full of love and radiated His peace in me.. saying “My daughter, you know that you are my princess. I can see that you are full of worries and fears, but have you forgotten My promise to you? You will always be my princess and I hear and feel everything that you prayed and felt, I was there, I never left and I’ll never leave your side. I am preparing you for all the gifts that I am about to give you.. I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU.. REMAIN IN ME FOREVER.”

It was a very lovely experience, to once in a while listen more to the Lord despite the busy things around us.  I am reminded of how the posture of my heart should be through the lyrics of this song below.

Prayer:  Dear Lord, thank you for pursuing on me and for making me understand the plans that You have for me. Give me the grace to endure all the waitings in my life.. the grace to patiently wait for you  and for your promise for me, amen.
