If Only!

If I had a choice

I would ask God

Where-ever he may be

If he does exist

That in my new life

If there is one

As you all say

I should be a lovely pet dog

If He blesses he may

For I shall have the comfort

Of a walk accompanied

All my fusing will be disposed off

By so many

I shall get free and fresh milk

Which now I desperately miss

Also I shall sleep on a carpet

Made out of Kashmir silk

 I shall get packets full

Of pet food for free

Then as I take a nap

You will agree,

I must be comfortable

So you will see

A fan is facing towards me.

Then when I am awake,

You’ll kiss me

And

Would love to sleep

Throughout the night with me

I can then move around,

My friend, master

Just anything that you may be

Ah! Ah so very freely!
