There  was somebody at the door, Phoebe went to answer, “hello Theo” she said with a big grin on her face.

Theo was a good friend of Phoebe who was totally in love with Phoebe but happens to be living with somebody.

Though Phoebe was also in love with Theo she will not have any man who was in Theo’s position because she just did not believe in taking any man away from another woman. Simply because she believed in doing unto others as she would have done unto her. That said she held  Theo very dear in her heart because she believed nobody could have too many friends in their life.

As the story went; Hello Theo, what brought you here? Theo said ” he was just passing by and thought he would stop by to  see if Phoebe was in,  so he could have  one of Phoebe’s cups of teas. ” That’s alright Phoebe said. ”  She showed Theo into her little but semi-luxury sitting room, Phoebe was always happy to see friends stop by even if it was not an arranged visit. She loved surprises, and found such visits more fun because she would not have had to have gone to any lengths to make preparations to receive that person and would be in less pain as a result of less activity on her part. -( Phoebe’s condition was such that every house chore she performed left her with just a little more pain to cope with).

Theo sat down and proceeded  to tell Phoebe how lovely she looked as usual and handed her a buckeye

 of flowers as he happened to be aware that Phoebe loved such gestures. She took a flower Vase and went into the kitchen to sort the flowers out .  She came back with a cup of tea and a piece of cake on a plate, handed  it over to Theo with the words – Thanks.
