Playground Wars

It all started one day when Rebecca the wolf was playing on the jungle gym. “What a Beautiful day.” She said as the wind blew in her face. But then the quite peaceful day was interrupted as Rachel the cat and Mindy the kangaroo ran to the jungle gym yelling “intruder!”

Before Rebecca knew it they had climbed to the top of the jungle gym. “Get down, Get down!” they where saying to Rebecca as they shoved her to the slide and she slid down it. Rebecca tried to get back up but every time Rachel or Mindy was there and wouldn’t let her.

Then Rebecca tried to climb up the slide. She would get to the middle then slide back down. Finally Mindy had enough. She went towards Rebecca. Rebecca tried to jump off the slide but her leg got caught which made her fall to the dirty ground. When she got up her left leg was muddy and scratched up. Then she turned around to go home when she vowed.

“You may have won the battle but you haven’t won the war!” with that she went home.

Lily the dragon had seen everything. She walked under the jungle gym to go home, when Rachel seen her and spit on her. “EEEeewww! Rachel!” yelled lily. Lily thought for a moment on how to get revenge when Rebecca came to mind. “Of course.” She said as the plan pulled into action.

The next day things were the same Rebecca was trying to get on the jungle gym but Rachel and Mindy wouldn’t let her. “Can I help?” Asked lily.

“Sure” said Rebecca “What’s the plan?”

“You create a distraction, while I climb up over here.” She pointed where she would climb up.

“Okay” Rebecca was happy to get help, little did she know that lily’s intentions where selfish.

But it was harder then what they thought. Every time they climbed up, Rachel and Mindy was there before them. “Please Lola” Plead Rebecca. “I don’t know.” Said Lola the chinchilla.

” Please we need your help” Said Lily

“Fine Ill help.” So then there where three…

“What’s the plan?” asked Rebecca.

“You two create a distraction” Said lily. “Then Ill climb up and spit on Rachel!”

“Is that what this is about revenge?” Rebecca didn’t believe in revenge, she believed in karma, Lola however didn’t know the difference. “Yes” Lily simply replied. Rebecca knew it was wrong but went along with Lily’s revenge plan. ” Rebecca.” said Lily ” Create a distraction.”

“Why must the good die young!?” Yelled Rebecca as she laid on the slide. Rachel and Mindy just stared at her. At that moment Lily climbed up to the top. Then Mindy climbed down and started to attack Rebecca! She kept pushing her down. She would get up but only to be pushed back down, she ran but was tackled as Lily laughed at it, Lola could only watch as her friend endured this. Eventually Mindy gave up and left.

So another one of Lily’s plans was that Rebecca climb up well Rachel seen Rebecca and said ” Rebecca I made a loogy just for you!” And with that Rebecca jumped down.

“Well” Said Lola “It looks like they won…”

“No.” Said Rebecca “They won this battle but they haven’t won the war!”

“What do we do now?”

“We keep fighting until the was is won.” Rebecca slowly shook her head.

” But…”

” No buts, no cuts, no cocoa nuts!” Rebecca jumped up.

“I’m confused.” Lola tilted her head to one side.

“Well Lola my naive friend” Rebecca sat back down ” I do believe karma will claim this was eventually. These antics can’t go unpunished for to much longer…”
