PreK fun.
Calvin had to smile. His front teeth were gone but he was a boy who would be a great man. A nice man and a happy man.
It was Presidents’ Day, February eighteenth, and he wanted to be President when he grew up. He would be the best president ever. His plan was to work hard at school, go to church, be a good man. He would be like his dad.
That part was easy, he thought. The hard part would come later.
Now though, he would be the best kid he could be. He would be very good! That would help him be president.
To be good was not hard. All you had to do was act nice to people. He liked people!
