An exciting fictional twist on historical characters of ancient times.

The story starts out right as King David wakes up after almost being scalped. He finds that all of the wagons are flipped. Almost everyone is dead. After a while of searching for people that are alive he finds one live person, his Queen of Sheba. They figure that they got raided by Indians and only a couple of wagons got away, one with their parents. The only thing they could do is search.

They start by following the tracks of the wagon and Queen of Sheba, being only six, started to wine about being hungry. With only a few apples, some raw corn meal, two pieces of bacon, a riffle and two canteens it will be hard to feed her whenever she wanted. Also, his head hurt. After a few days they find a horse! King David puts Queen of Sheba on the horse.

That night Queen of Sheba ran away. King David looks for a little and then finds her with a small plank of wood she calls her doll. King David then tells her a story about how they got their names. King David carves her doll into a shape that looks more like a doll. A couple of days later Queen of Sheba runs away again. King David searches all day but doesn’t find her. Then he remembers that Queen of Sheba loves and probably is near it, so he looks for green trees. Immediately he finds one and right behind it is water. He first fills up his canteen of water, but can’t find the Queen of Sheba.

King David searches further up and finds his shoes. He then goes further up and finds Queen of Sheba with an Indian boy! Right as he walks closer an Indian woman appears with a knife in her hand. King David, Queen of Sheba and the horse ran away but the horse runs the opposite way up the hill. King David then runs toward the horse and he finds three men on horses.
