Ah yes. KPaE. A story,which,was once a mere fanfic,got a deal to be made into an anime.Here is my review,after interviewing the creator.
Characters:The characters are very well made,but I must say I like Phantom the most.The author told me a very important detail about Phantom,which was highly impressive.
Rate:8/10
Plot:Confusing as hell,but good.

Frequency:The author updates very slowly,second only to VG Cats,

Overall rateing:7/10
