Short story of a young fellow during the Salem Witch Trials.

        Dear Pepitoz The Gnome,

My friend Pepitoz, I was accused of being a witch and I think my life will be over. Listen to my words carefully boy, my advice will help you not be accused of being a witch. You have to wash your face or do something about your acne. The people around you will pick you out like a swore thumb. The people that are being accused of being witches have acne, birth marks, or any blemish that could signal the Devil’s Mark. Another great piece of advice is to never be around children. These kids are probably making up this whole witchcraft thing just to brew trouble in our nice town of Salem. I was accused of witchcraft by a 6 year old boy. He was eating chicken, and I think his name is Leeroy Jenkins. I was standing in line for the town meeting and he came out of nowhere and started screaming. He then accused me of witchcraft. The judge insists I am guilty. So I will be hanged on Gallows Hill tomorrow night at sunset with three other people. I hope you wont be one of them, Little Pepitoz, stay safe! This is all the advice I can give you on staying safe during these horrible times. Just remember, you can’t trust anybody, even your friends and neighbors! Everybody wants revenge, so keep your eyes peeled. Good luck, Pepitoz.

             Sincerely,
                              Khall

P.S: Make sure to keep your wife, Celline Dion, safe. They seem to be accusing females more than males. Good luck! Pepitoz, I will miss you, my friend.

*This is in no way a real letter from this time period. Just a short creative essay I wrote myself. I hope you enjoyed it.
