She woke up in the water surrounded by red donuts without holes in the middle.  She felt strange since she was under water but could still breathe.  She continued to flow with the current. 

As she floated on, some white colored balls appeared and started sticking on her.  She was soon covered with the white balls and felt them trying to crush her.  She tried screaming but it was impossible to scream underwater. 

Then she saw a yellow donut approaching her.  As it came closer, she saw tentacles growing from its side.  The tentacles grabbed the white balls and the yellow donut ate them. 

She was free of the white balls and quickly swam away still following the current. 

The current grew stronger and up ahead looked like a giant mouth opening and shutting.   She thought that she would be crushed by the mouth but miraculously she got through to the other side.  

The sound on the other side was very loud, constant “Whomp, Whomp”.    Luckily it was just for a short time before she came to another mouth and escaped the noisy cavern.

After that she lost track of time until she came to a place full of streaming lights at which point she woke up in the hospital.   It was all a dream.

She told the doctor what she had seen and with that information, the doctor was able to find the infection and surgically remove it.
