The former employees Petersburg FSIN are sentenced to imprisonment for mockeries at prisoners.

The court has pronounced a sentence to seven former high-ranking employees of Central administrative board FSIN across St.-Petersburg and to Leningrad region — defendants charged of mockeries and sexual violence over prisoners and recognized as guilty under the clause of the criminal code of Russian Federation «Excess of ex-officio full powers». The former employees FSIN are sentenced to terms from four till seven years of imprisonment.

According to the investigation, in February, 2009 the chief of department of counteraction to criminal groups of operational management of SU FSIN Evgenie Petrov «has forced to rape three condemned persons other prisoner». The similar crime has been made in prison hospital several days later — the prisoner who has earlier made runaway became a victim, and punishment occurred under the direction of assistant Petrov.

On a dock, except Petrov and its assistant Rostislava Balobolko, there was a former chief of department of search of operational management Alexander Berezkin, its assistant Vladimir Ignatyev, the ex-chief of the Pre-trial detention center №6 Andrey Gavrilov, Alexander Hachikjan’s its assistant and the former chief of operational management of SU FSIN Vyacheslav Tippel.

Petrov and Balobolko is deprived special ranks. The others — for two years of the right to work in system of execution of punishments. Prisoners whom employees of FSIN forced to violence, are justified by court.
