A short story about having two sisters.
If you have a sister (or brother) than you know there are ups and there are downs. I have two. I have my twin sister and my sister that is six years younger than me. I’ve had my since eighteen minutes after my birth. We were almost identical when we were born but now we don’t look anything alike. (We’re ferternal). We always had someone to hang out with. Now my twin is the sporty one and I am the nerd, I am the one who doesn’t care at all what others think and she is the one that tries her best to fit in. Sometimes that meant she picked on me with her “popular” friends. Luckely shes over the I-have-to-fit-in faze so that she can have her good friends and not the girly jerks that she used to try and be. When we were younger she gave me a black eye while we played footwars (this was a game we made up where we tried to shove eachothers legs into a folded position) and this happened twice. One of the two blackeyes was on picture day. One time at my grandma’s house I broke her finger. This sounds like it was a fight but really what happened was I was playing with my grandpa’s weights and she had her finger where the waits fall when you let go of the handel thingy thats holding goes. I told her to move her finger because I knew I was going to drop it. Long story short her finger ended up broken. So we’ve had good times and bad times. Sometimes we even have the same dreams! Later, when we were six we got our little sister. She grew up to be a mix of sporty and nerdy and at seven is now reading Harry Potter. (I read The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe in 3rd grade). Since my twin and I are so much older we exclude her a lot. But there are good times when we would play together. When she was first born I would sing to her (horribly) while my mom changed her diaper. She hated having her diaper changed, so I thought I could destract her. When she is upset or hurt, both my twin and I step up to help her. (Although sometimes we’re why she is upset).
Having siblings is a giant rollercoaster of ups and downs.
