Juan’s Solution to the Sleep Problem.

An ordinary day for Juan and Pedro while on a hot day at work.

Pedro:  Juan, my kumpareng Tomas had a problem  because he find it difficult to sleep at night. I knew you are wise enough since consulting a doctor is way beyond my kumpare’s budget for a medical advice.

Juan:  Okay Pedro, I couldn’t promise to solve the problem but tell me the situation about Tomas so I could assess his condition.

Pedro:  Well, Tomas works as a security guard in a factory at day so during the night, he comes home to sleep in order to be ready for another day of duty. The problem is he find it hard to sleep at home while at work, he usually sleeps beyond his knowing when sitting on post.

Juan:  Hmmmnnnn, I think that’s a perennial problem for people on guard duty.

Pedro: So what could you advise for Tomas, Juan?

Juan: First of all, tell Tomas to buy a new set of uniform and that will work out for him.

Pedro: What about it Juan, how does a new uniform help Tomas?

Juan: Tell Tomas to use the new uniform on duty while the old uniform, he should wear it at home before he should sleep.

After a week, Pedro again confronted Juan about Tomas.

Pedro: Juan, your idea worked for Tomas for awhile but lost effect later. C’mon, there must be something else you forgot to say.

Juan: Pedro, that’s everything I could think out for Tomas but if he really wants some effective solution to his insomnia then I have one last solution.

Pedro: What is that final solution about Juan?

Juan: Well, Tomas simply has to ask the factory manager if he could just sleep at work while on post in full uniform after doing his duty. This time of course since he is out of duty, it will be without pay.
