A kitty who lives under a bridge, and walks around the neighborhood hoping he’ll find a place to live.

I’m Sleepy Kitty.
I sleep, eat, play, and walk around the neighborhood.
I dig for food in little trashcans, ’cause I’m still little.
I try to jump, and I can’t.
I am happy when I get lucky, and get something good to eat.
I play with the kids when I see them on the street.
I know that they like me, but they won’t take me home.
I walk, and see people driving with their kitties and puppies in their cars.
I smile and wink, wishing for someone kind to take me home.
I heard of a place called SPCA..
I’m scared, I don’t want to go there.
I’m Sleepy Kitty, and I dream when I sleep under this noisy bridge.
I’m Sleepy Kitty, when I meow they can’t even hear me.
I’m nice, I don’t know if I’m pretty through, ’cause I don’t have a mirror.
I don’t complain.
I don’t ask for fancy food, even though they say it tastes very good.
I just want to have a warm place to stay.
