If a owner will not fix things that should be fixed like leaky focets , roofs, mold  take pictures & take them to court for not doing their job. It is the owners responsibility to make sure that you are living in a habital place. Start to keep a journal of the dates things started to go wrong. Keep receipts of all of your expenses that you have come across due to the neglagence. If you can make a video as well. Black mold is toxic & can cause loads of health problems in children like autisim,lung infections,brain tumors so don’t live that way move then take the people responsible to court .
