The kids’ story.

Once upon a time there lived four people, their names were Rolly, Max and John and Atom (because she was so small).  They lived near a beach which had a boat shed on it.

The last year Atom had made a hut on the cliff but now the hut had blown over.  The next day they went on a walk along the beach, it started to rain so they ran to the boatshed.  The roof had mostly fallen in but one bit still shelted them.  Then John said “Atom why don’t we build your hut here?”  Atom agreed so they went to Mr Billins warehouse about nails, red and blue paint and some planks, which used nearly all their money.

They went back to Atom’s hut, they nailed on the roof and put an under coat on and then put on the red paint.  The next day they came down to the hut and John stood on something and it started to give way, so John quickly stepped off the thing he was standing and called the others all together.  They said “ it is a trapdoor”  They went down there a little way and paused and three men came out brandishing revolvers.  As soon as they saw the kids they grabbed them and shoved them in a door when it was lunch time they brought food to them.  Once they had gone, John said “Next time they come by pretended to sufferocate.

So next time they came by they pretended to sufferocate.  The men opened the door then John jumped at them and knocked the torch to the ground, it went out they ran up the passage and climbed out there was a man standing.  He had a light and on the horizon they saw a ship.  Max leaped on the man who dropped his mobile.  Rolly caught it and dialed 000 and said “smuggling at Bombay” soon Police cars 5were everywhere.  The man tried to climb the cliff but he was caught by the ankle and dragged down.  Then Atom told the inspector about men in the passage. As soon as she finished three men walked out and police  pounced on the men and taken them to prison.
