It’s a tale that includes Bow and Arrow creatures, Rain Shapes, a goddess of heightened probabilities, and many more fascinating characters.

Being a fan of books and being an experienced reader, it always makes me happy to run into a book that is unlike any other I have read.  Most recently I had such a pleasure in what I once would have thought an unlikely place, Face book

That is where Michael Chester and his very unusual and entertaining book “Tales of Mutt-Bly Akarkin a Mythology” became known to me.  I’m very pleased about it, too.

Once I heard of the book and read the very favorable reviews about it on Amazon.com, I really wanted to read it.  So I did.  I loved it.  I really can’t typecast it for myself.  I just have to put it in the category of unique, original, fanciful, imaginative, and fun.

I wondered, at first, about the title and how the author came up with Mutt Bly=Akarkin, such a strange name.  Evidently there’s no end to his imagination, as can be discovered by reading the book and meeting all kinds of fantastic characters with very unusual names and personalities.

This book is available on Amazon.com and very reasonably priced.  It’s also a quick read because it’s a small book and an absorbing one.    I recommend that you check it out and become acquainted with Bee-Elka, Galactic Jack, Tooth William, and others of Mutt-Bly’s entertaining and unusual reality.

Mutt-Bly (or MB) also has his own fan page on Face book.

Michael Chester is the author of 30 published works.
