The human invasion of a Utopia.

*knock, knock*
‘Is it just me or has this door gotten more visitors in the passed week than my entire lifetime here?‘ I stood up from my couch and looked into the mirror across the room.
“Age starting to catch up I supposeI said this while I rubbed my face with my hand. My thoughts only being interrupted by the sound of the door once again.
“I’m coming!I shouted as the door was becoming more a inconvenience than a piece of my home.
“Umm. . . sir?a small voice asked as I opened the door.
It was a women maybe in her late teens. She had black hair and silver eyes. More than likely a half breed. Well at least she got most of her traits from her human side, which means her mother was most likely the human.
“What you want? Come here to sell me cookies!? Well I don’t like cookies good bye.I said roughly as I went to close the door.
“No! Wait sir! I didn’t come to sell you cookies.she looked as though she was going to cry, my heart sank with guilt and I opened the door wider and asked her in.
“Thank you sir!she responded giddy.
I showed her where the couch was and asked her if she wanted some tea. She nodded and I went to my kitchen where the machine already had a cup of tea waiting for my arrival.
“So, now what is it you want young lady?responding to her earlier comment as I sat down in my recliner.
“Umm.. sir I need to ask you some questions about a great battle or incident fought during the early stages of the Tarkas Incursion.she managed to spit out everything she had to say although her voice seemed heartbroken saying it.
“Your half Tarkas miss?her facial expression gave me the answer.
“Sir, please can you tell me about one of the many battles where you and your fellow soldiers fought with great honor and zeal against the Tarkas!?she was trying to hide her disappointment of course she seemed to be frail emotionally.
