The kangaroo is one of Australia’s most iconic animals. 60 different species of kangaroo are there. The kangaroo’s super family is divided into the Macropodidae and the Potoroidae families.

Kang worked for a construction company. She left home very early in the morning. She found it very difficult for, she had two little kids-Band and Twang. They were so very mischievous that she found it difficult to manage the two. A time came when she could remember nothing. She became so absentminded that she could not even remember where she left her babies. Knag finally decided to leave the kids in a crèche.

One day Kang forgot to take them home in the evening. Miss Khas who owned the crèche said, “I will not look after them from tomorrow.’’ “What should I do?’’ she thought. Kiwi thought for sometime and said, “why don’t to take the children with ou to your office? I am sure your boss won’t mind’’ Kang was happy with this suggestion and took the permission of her boss and took Twang and /bang with her. Now they could build the hills easily. She felt she was in peace.

For some days there was no problem. Bang and Twang soon got used to the place. Off they went, they were every-where, and no one knew where the two were. Kang could concentrate on her work. Billy Beaver was too angry to build any hills. Boos was too worried to think. Mr. Biome warned Kang, “Get those children out or you will go’’

Her friends advised her, “tie them, lock them…’’ finally, Kang got a better suggestion. “Why don’t you go to Tailor Bird? He will make a carry bag for you. “That’s what Kang did. Tailor Bird weighed Bang and Tang and Kang. `I will make a pouch for you round your tummy. A nice one and strong one too, Okay!’’.

“Oh! How lucky Kang is!’’ exclaimed Boo. Kang was very happy and relieved when Tailor Bird stitched the pouch. That’s how Kang got a pouch. Do you know who Kang is?
