I have always been a little suspicious at what passes for art and what does not. The above picture was taken at The Anderson Museum of Contemporary Art in Roswell, New Mexico. Whoever did this is a very talented artist, but I would  ask that the artist consider his future generations of viewers. The fisherman is a mongoloid Chinese or Asian with a very conspicuous erection(boner, hard on).

A parent with a child attending Berrendo, Del Norte, E Grand Plains, El Capitan, Military Heights, Missouri Ave, Monterrey, Nancy Lopez, Parkview Preschool, Pecos, Sunset, Valley View, Washington Ave, Valley Christian Academy, or Gateway Christian  Elementary could have problems explaining the bulge in the fisherman’s pants to their pre puberty kiddo.

I am certain that if a K-6 student drew a picture of a male with a bulging penis the child would be reprimanded, but artists can get away with it. So the debate about what constitutes indecent rages on.
