The Cookie Thief.
A woman was waiting at the airport one night. There are still some hours before her flight. To waste time, he bought a book and a bag of cookies in the airport shop and find a place to sit. Sitting woman reading a book that had just bought.
In his preoccupation he saw the man next door was so willing to take one or two of cake that is between them. The woman tried to ignore to avoid a scene.
She read, munched cookies and watched the clock. While the Thief cake Courageous spend their inventories. He was getting annoyed. Women thought that too when I’m not a good person,’d blacken his eye! Every time he took one cookie, the man also took one. When only one cookie remained, she wondered what he would do it. With a smile on his face and laughter nervous laughter, the man took the last cake and divide it in two. The man offers his own half, while he ate the other half. The woman was snatched it and thought, my goodness this guy was brave, and he was also rude, in fact he did not seem grateful. Never had he felt so annoyed.
He heaved a sigh of relief when her flight was announced. He gathered her belongings and headed for the gate. Refusing to look back on the “Thief ingrate!”. He boarded the plane and sat in his chair, then look for his book, which is almost finished reading.
As she reached in her bag, she gasped with surprise. There was a bag of cookies, in front of his eyes. “My cake still here?”, She moaned with a broken heart. So the cake did indeed belong to him and he tried to share with him.
Too late to apologize, she realized sadly. That in fact he was the rude, ungrateful and he’s the cake thief.
We often prejudiced and see other people with our own eyes. Someone else is rude, others who do not know yourself, someone else is bad, somebody else is arrogant, someone else is wrong. Yet our own fault, but we do not know / not aware of it.
We often comment on the acts of others, scoffed at the actions, opinions or ideas of others while we really do not know exactly the problem.
Often we blame others for bad events that befall us going together, but do we realize that the one actually is our own? if ever occurred to us that someone else do it for good purposes and does not intend to harm us?
