There was a legend, one that states that if twins are born, one with pure golden eyes and white hair, the other with crimson red eyes, and black hair, then they will be sworn enemies and should never be kept together after birth, for the results when they grow up will be catastrophic.

There was a man, His name was Thomas, and his wife, Valerie, is just about to give birth to two children, the first one Thomas held in his hand, and looked in the child’s eyes, it was a male with golden eyes, Thomas was shivering in fear, he passed the child to his wife, and received the next one, hoping so much that it was not a child with crimson red eyes, he held the baby in his arms and it gazed at him, with its evil looking crimson eyes, Thomas was in a rage, he cursed god for giving him these children.

He now had to split these children up, being unable to keep either of them for the fear of their own lives and any other children he had, so with the golden eyed child, he kept close by putting him up for adoption locally, and accepting a nice family for him, they named the child Kyosuke.

For the second child, said to be the evil twin, he took far away, riding on horseback for days on end, until he reached a lone church, he asked that they take good care of the child but did not tell them he was a cursed child, with the fear they may reject the baby, the nuns there decided to name this child Noctis.
