A short story, aliens.

The night was filled with stars. I laid down on the dessert floor with my brother Koichi. He was up to his normal self trying to play a prank on me. I shouted at him when the purple lights  hit the sky that were ever so blinding to my light blue eyes. “Koichi what are you doing now, did you make some wired object of technology again” I said looking at him very sternly. He then looked at me with his twin like eyes “Nope, was not me, was not me” he said with a smirk and sat back down on the light brown sand. “Then who was it?” I asked staring at him rather coldly. “Maybe it was your silly boyfriend or that man who seems to follow you all the time” he replied looking at me as if he did not care. “No he would not do something….” I said as my words were stopped by the strange sound coming from behind the dessert flowers.

I picked up my flash light and saw a large flying square cube. I then quickly grabbed my twin brother by his arm. “Get over here” I said quietly in his ear. He then looked at me and spoke “Told you it was not me.” We then both watched as these strange purple creatures came out from the square they looked like jelly or glowing glue. Their eyes were round with yellow it was blinding like a highlighter color. They gathered a few things from the land then walked back to their little square ship. My twin took out his camera to take a picture the bright light must have scared them because they made a strange sound. They must have been as afraid as me. Though as I saw the ship leave I still wonder why they came.
