Breathe in my sweet fragrance…

It was a beautiful day, the birds chirping in the distance. Mina stood on a swing, enjoying the fresh air. She looked up at the blue sky, her mind drifting, thinking about a very serious young man, whose dark eyes smolder with intense passion, piercing her soul. She blushes, embarrassed at just how intensely she felt about him. She jumps off the swing, her hands on her crimson cheeks, trembling slightly. She then notices a pear tree, full of ripe Korean pears, dangling delectably. She walks over to it, gently cupping a succulent pear, breathing in the sweet fragrance. She softly kisses it, her red lips brushing it delicately.

“Oh Hwang,” she whispers out loud, her cheeks so rosy and pretty, glowing with virtue and purity. “I long to touch your lips with mine, tasting your sweet essence. How I wish…”

Tears start to sting her eyes, mortified at how she felt. She runs away, frightened by her feelings, leaving the pear dangling all alone. Then a large, masculine hand cups the pear, gently holding it in its palm, as a pair of smoldering, dark eyes gazes at it, filled with incredible yearning. Hwang had been watching Mina from afar, enchanted by her beauty. He had felt her tears, touched by her words. He leans in, his lips kissing the pear, touching the same spot Mina had so exquisitely caressed. He closes his eyes, his lips lingering, imagining what it would feel like to touch her luscious lips.

“Dear sweet Mina, do not cry, for I too long for your kiss, yearning to taste your sweetness. This is my wish, my love, my promise to you.”

With that, he releases the pear, making a solemn vow. He then follows after her, walking the same path she had took, to his beloved sweet pear.

Hi Lady Sunshine, that delectable Korean pear sure sounds succulent, no wonder Hwang took the same path to his beloved sweet pear!
