When Chief’s mother brings home a new toy for his sister, he realizes that all is not what it seems.
The Evil Plushie
Hi, My name is chief, I am a yellowish wolf. You see it all started one day when my baby sister, molly who is a bluish gray wolf, seen me playing with my pet sparky. This made her jealous, she was the only one in the family a pet. I had sparky, my older sister shacose, who is a purplish orange cat, had Damian, and my other little sister midnight ocean, or as we like to call her “Mo.” who is a light blue dragon with light pink wings, ears, and belly, had tails.
So then the next day at breakfast molly went out and said to our owner.
“Mom, I want a special friend
“Molly” said Rexy our owner “You’re to young.”
“Gah!” And with that she stomped into her room. Sure we had three pets in the house, but what made it worse was molly was forced to see that connection between the owner and the perfect pet day and night. She cant even escape that during preschool, or at the toy and candy stores, it was every where. I was surprised it took her this long to get jealous.
“Where are you going?” I asked rexy.
“To Cull’s store. She has something on discount, that she wanted me to see.” She replied
“Another electronic?”
“No.” And then she left. That blew me off track because rexy’s best friend cull was predicable. When she wanted rexy to come see a new item it was usually the latest and coolest electronics. Ummm… I wondered if Ajax, the sea otter would know. He was my best friend, in a way. But as soon as I grabbed the phone it rang! I looked at the number. Oh, My, Gosh. I swear he has telepathy! (Ha! phone humor). The number was Ajax’s. I answered.
“Hello.”
“Chief! Its Bada Bing Time!” He said. Oh no! That was Ajax language for “Chief! I almost got killed in some dangerous way and now I’m dragging you into it!” So instead of saying that he just says “Its Bada Bing Time!” Why are we friends? Because we both love a good adventure, that’s why.
“Ajax. What happened?” I asked
“I was rummaging through my mom’s new shipment of electronics when I came to this crate. I was about to open it when it started to shake. A lot! Then I looked through a peephole no! Wait an air hole! And I seen these red eyes!”
