Morzin was a young boy living in the city of Stratholme. As a child Morzin grew up looking up to Arthas, the prince of Lordaeron. Morzin watched as his idol became a great paladin. Morzin entered into the Holy Order in hopes of being a paladin. His wish was granted, Morzin was being trained by Arthas. As Arthas’ first apprentice Morzin trained hard and became a great warrior of the light. When the plague struck Stratholme Morzin was away his family had been cursed. Arthas told Morzin that he could help the citizens of Stratholme. At Stratholme Arthas told of how the citizens were cursed and had to be culled in order to save us all. Morzin followed Arthas even though his family was inside….
Inside Stratholme Arthas, Morzin, and several other warriors murdered thousands of innocent people and many not innocent. When it came to murder Morzins family, Morzin watched as soldiers killed his mother and father. Morzins brother escaped, but no one knows how or when. After this tragic event Morzins power of the light faded and as he watched Arthas get on a ship to Northrend, Morzin walked away from the Holy Order. Morzin went to Stormwind hoping to become a merchant and live out his life.
In Stormwind, Morzin soon saw the great Stormwind Cathedral and all the training Paladins there. Morzin turned his head in shame and walked away. Then Morzin came across a Stormwind Elite Guard Named Morgorn. Morgorn was a decorated warrior and brought Morzin into his home. Soon Morgorn and Morzin became like brothers and Morzin once again had a family. This time he wouldn’t lose his family. Morgorn would soon train Morzin to fight as a warrior instead with the ways of the light. Morgorn got Morzin a job as a Stormwind Elite Guard. As word of Arthas and his betrayal reached Morzin his once fallen idol became an enemy. Morzin now lives in the Old town Quarter of Stormwind training to fight as a warrior.
